standard mobile home is furnished with
everything to assure relaxation, recreation, summering. It can surve as
a
comfortable home, week-end or hobby house like fisherman’s as
well as hunting
box. Can be used for commercial purposes like office building, meeting
room,
camping site, temporary house or shop, hostelry, polyclinic, event
house,
open-air school, etc.
The mobile house consists of 4 premises, namely: living room with kitchen, big room, small room, and sanitary unit. The whole house is suspended on 2 axles and moving on 4 wheels. It can be towed by means of a joining head built in the rear part of the house. In public traffic the towing speed is limited by 5 km/h. Long distance transport is possible by light trailer. For the towing and trailer transport as well special permit is compulsary. The house is fully equipped with machinery of house-keeping, including refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic hotplate, vent hood, boiler, washing machine, electric heating device. Our rooms have built-in furniture. The walls and roof are fabricated from isolated sandwich panels, consist of sintered steel plates with PU foam in between. Due to the excellent heat-isolation the house is inhabitable in winter-time too. The inlet and outlet water connections and electric plug are located on buttom of the house. It makes possible quick and easy joining. Those connections are heat-isolated against freezing in cold winters. If no sewer available, 5 m3 or more volume plastic tank can be provided as an option. Summary: - this mobile home can be your second home in the nature. - not need any building permission! - water and electronic connection is easy. - cheap solution! - leasing is possible! The house do not need any maintenance. Because of the qualitative raw materials and furnitures - with normal use - the planned lifetime is minimum 25 years. This mobile home is optimal solution for: - campings - companies: summer holidays for the employees - personal using: weekend house - undertakers: small shops, offices - festival makers: WC, bathroom...ect. or for any other things, which need a cheap, but good solution! |
